  3. Securely package your watch with the service order (please do not include manuals or other accessories).

You will receive email confirmation once we receive your shipment. After service, we return your watch via insured DHL package; you'll also receive the tracking link by email.

Tip: Always send your watch as an insured package to ensure safe transport.

Additional shipping information: Some carriers in certain countries may have restrictions on shipping watches with lithium batteries. In such cases, having the battery removed locally before shipping can be a solution. We can ship watches with new lithium batteries to all countries without restrictions after service.

For international shipments: As the sender, you are responsible for proper customs documentation and any applicable duties or fees when shipping to Germany.
