Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide with DHL, one of the world's leading logistics providers. Whether you live in Europe, Asia or Australia, your CHRIS BENZ watch will be delivered reliably to your preferred address. No shipment to the US.

Shipping Costs:
Germany: €5.00 (free shipping on orders over €50.00)
Europe: €15.00 (free shipping on orders over €100.00)
All other countries: €35.00 (free shipping on orders over €200.00)

Shipping to DHL Packstations within Germany is also available.

Delivery Times:
Germany: 1–3 business days
Europe: 4–10 business days
All other countries: 7–15 business days 

Shipping Information:
Once your order has been placed, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation including DHL tracking information, allowing you to track your parcel at any time.

DHL GoGreen Shipping:
We ship with DHL GoGreen to support more climate-friendly shipping.

Taxes & Customs Duties:
All prices shown on our website include VAT where applicable and all other price components.

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional charges such as customs duties, import taxes or local fees may apply. These charges are not collected by CHRIS BENZ and must be paid directly to the responsible customs or tax authorities.
