We ship worldwide with DHL, one of the world's leading logistics providers. Whether you live in Europe, Asia or Australia, your CHRIS BENZ order will be delivered reliably to your preferred address.

Germany:
DHL Parcel €5.00
Economy Shipping €2.95 (for watch straps, spare parts and selected items)
Free DHL Parcel shipping on orders over €50.00.

Europe:
DHL Parcel €15.00
Economy Shipping €7.95 (for watch straps, spare parts and selected items)
Free DHL Parcel shipping on orders over €100.00.

All other countries:
DHL International €35.00
Free DHL shipping on orders over €200.00.

Shipping to DHL Packstations within Germany is also available.

Delivery Times:
Germany:
DHL Parcel: 1–3 business days
Economy Shipping: 3–5 business days

Europe:
DHL Parcel: 4–10 business days
Economy Shipping: 5–10 business days

Other Countries:
DHL Parcel: 7–15 business days 

Shipping Information:
Once your order has been placed, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation including DHL tracking information, allowing you to track your parcel at any time.

Please note that Economy Shipping may provide limited or no tracking information. 

DHL Express Shipping on Request:
For urgent orders, DHL Express shipping is available to many countries upon request. Costs and delivery times depend on the destination, delivery address and order value. Please contact us here before ordering for an individual quote.

DHL GoGreen Shipping:
We ship with DHL GoGreen to support more climate-friendly shipping.

Taxes & Customs Duties:
All prices shown on our website include VAT where applicable and all other price components.

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional charges such as customs duties, import taxes or local fees may apply. These charges are not collected by CHRIS BENZ and must be paid directly to the responsible customs or tax authorities.

Please check with your local customs authorities before placing your order to learn about any additional costs that may apply.

Please note that we currently do not ship to the United States of America (USA).
