Shipping policy
We ship worldwide with DHL, the world’s leading logistics company – no matter where you live, we will deliver your desired item to your home.
The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and all other price components.
Shipping costs:
- within Germany: EUR 5.00 (free shipping from EUR 50.00)
- within Europe: EUR 15.00 (free shipping from EUR 100.00)
- other countries: EUR 35.00 (free shipping from EUR 200.00)
NOTE: The shipping costs are clearly shown again on the product pages, in the shopping cart and on the order page.
Delivery time:
- within Germany: 1–3 working days
- within Europe: 4–10 working days
- other countries: 7–15 working days
Shipping information:
After you have placed an order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation. As soon as your order has left our premises, you will receive a notification by e‑mail followed by the tracking number so that you can follow your shipment and stay up to date.
NOTE: We ship with DHL. Shipping to a DHL Packstation is also possible.
